We will maintain sufficient staff, financial and infrastructure resources to provide the highest possible quality of service. This includes skilled, well-trained and sufficient staff; sufficient instrumentation, equipment, supplies and IT resources and well built laboratory space. It is understood that it is impossible to offer a good product without sufficient means to produce this product. As business is added, resources will be implemented to accommodate the new business. We will not accept new business we cannot accommodate.
We will endeavor to be among the best in providing a good product, delivered on-time. We will endeavor to be an innovation leader in BioAnalytical science, technology and practice.
We will be proactive in complying with FDA and other government regulations. We will maintain open and cordial relations with inspectors.
We will be aggressive in mistake avoidance. If mistakes occur, we will not try to hide them. Instead, we will fix our mistakes and implement controls to avoid repetition.
We will be honest with our customers, employees, suppliers, and government agencies. We will conduct business with fairness to all and maintain high standards of integrity.
We will treat our employees well. We will not exploit our employees by asking them to work excessive amounts of overtime without compensation. Matrix will accommodate employees’ reasonable individual needs so that they can have a good life outside of work and they can have a safe, healthy and pleasant work environment.
We will maintain high standards of courteous and professional demeanor.
We will respect and obey the law in all areas of business, including employment law, tax and accounting law and law pertaining to general business practice.
