Quality Assurance
The goal of the Quality Assurance Unit (QAU) Program at Matrix BioAnalytical Laboratories is to meet or exceed regulatory standards for quality and compliance.
The QAU at Matrix is committed to the task of providing a high-quality deliverable and quick turnaround.
The hallmark of the QAU Program at Matrix is the proactive approach taken in ensuring regulatory compliance. Providing oversight early on in the project, whereby addressing potential issues up front or correcting any issues early on in the project, and a strong focus on process improvement are ways in which this proactive approach is applied.
Matrix’s QAU designs and undertakes each audit program to meet and comply with the appropriate international GLPs. Customized audit programs may also be designed that incorporate client specific QA requirements.
The QAU program at Matrix consists of the following:
• Preparation of study-specific Inspection Schedules of planned critical phase inspections
• Study-based critical phase inspections
• Study-specific data and report audits
• Facility Inspection planning and conduct
• Training sessions for staff on GLP regulations, documentation, etc.
• Strong focus on process improvement and partnering with operational groups to guide in the development and execution of process improvements.
